By signifying your consent to us, MyRide Application Sdn Bhd. (“MyRide “), processing the following personal data as provided by you and / or a service provider engaged by MyRide and / or collected by or through MyRide’s mobile application, products or services (“Products“) and / or obtained from the public domain.
Which may include but is not limited to personal data:
· You provide when signing up for product.
· Collected from the Products.
· Collected from your mobile phone via MyRide’s mobile application and websites.
· Obtained from your communication with MyRide through various methods such as emails, social media, letters, telephone calls or conversation you have with MyRide’s personnel or our authorized agents.
· Obtained from the public domain and third parties such as statutory bodies or government agencies.
Which may include personal data that relates to:
· Your identity (including your name, your date of birth, National Registration identification Card / passport details and photograph).
· Your contact information (including your telephone numbers, e-mail and mailing addresses).
· Your payment information (including your credit card information).
· Your demographical information (including your zip / postal code or region, hometown, gender or education level).
· MyRide Driver App will use geographical location (including real-time -09-09 Geolocation, historical Geolocation, Location while app is in background).
· Your vehicle’s movement (including your vehicle’s speed, travel direction, and history of travel).
II. USE OF PERSONAL DATA
The information is necessary to us. If you do not provide or allow us to process all the information as per requested, we will not be able to keep your complete record of information, thus affecting our ability to accomplish the above stated purposes.
Where applicable, we will process your personal data for the following purposes:

· To monitor and analyze usage and other trends.
· To personalize and improve the Product and your experiences with the Products (such as to provide content or features to further match user interest).

· Our app is for E-Hailing Driver. In that based on their current location our system finds the nearest driver and send him the request for ride.
· For this request, we need to continuously sense the driver location and update the latest location in our system.
· Even if Driver kills the app, we need to get the latest location of driver in our system. So, to update it we are sending driver location to our system using background service even if the app is in background.
III. USER PERMISSION
We are using the following permission set for only input purposes. These permissions are not used to store any type of personal information from the user.
